Kandinsky’s Peacocks Revisited

You’ll remember from my War and Peacocks post about Wassily Kandinsky that I live next to the Boulogne Woods on the west side of Paris, just around the corner from the flat and studio where Kandinsky spent the last years of his life. On a lazy Sunday stroll around the Bagatelle, an 18th century chateau surrounded by serene, gorgeous gardens at the edge of the woods, my boyfriend Pink Vanilla photographer snapped a few stunning pix of the plumed majesties that I like to think inspired Kandinsky’s sublime colors.
